About the trainer

Cap. Menno Bakker is active as a military officer and diplomatic attaché. In his work he needs to negotiate on a regular base. In his work he was part of hostage negotiations and works closely with organizations such as Interpol and Europol. Negotiations are often done in an international and intercultural context. Understanding the model of negotiation and the universal value of body language increases the likelihood of a positive outcome. During his Masterclasses at Universities, Business Schools and in companies, he speaks about real life events such as hostage negotiation to create the highest relevance for the participants.
