PROFILE

Cap. Menno Bakker MA. MBA is a military officer, diplomat, and leadership trainer. Currently, he works as a diplomatic attaché at the Dutch embassy in Madrid in the area of international organized crime. Due to his profession and military missions, he experienced extreme crises. This instilled a deep awareness and a strong sense of responsibility.

PURPOSE

For over a decade Menno educates, trained, and coached CEOs | directors | ambassadors | law enforcement | military. His classes are developed in a way to create a highly interactive learning experience where the senses are stimulated. The focus of his teaching is defining the area of personal growth through insights into behavioral patterns and relational interactions. The purpose of his work is the empowerment of (young) leaders.
